Crystal Ng - Curtis + Ginsberg Architects LLP
Passionate about the capacity of low-carbon design to help build a more equitable society, Crystal Ng, RA, LEED AP, CPHC was named C+GA’s first Director of Sustainability in 2019. She leads many of the firm’s Passive House and LEED projects and directs C+GA’s commitment to meeting the AIA 2030 Challenge. For her dedication to advancing the firm’s research and innovation in sustainable building systems, she was recognized as one of Crain’s 2020 40 under 40 honorees. Crystal frequently shares her expertise as a speaker and educator on sustainable, restorative, and resilient design for affordable housing. Her work in the field has extended to community and nonprofit efforts, including the 2020 Neighborhoods Now initiative from the Van Alen Institute. She also volunteers her time with Urban Design Forum, Open Architecture Collaborative, Architects Without Borders, and Habitat for Humanity.
