James is responsible for supervising project delivery across the New York studio. His twenty years of experience, including ten at Woods Bagot, take in the integration of design and technology across a broad range of sectors, including commercial-office, mixed use and hospitality projects in North America, Asia and the Middle East. His expertise encompasses the complete development process: working with public agencies, preparing and coordinating contract documents, and supervising construction. Prior to joining Woods Bagot, James served as senior technical coordinator with international architecture firms, and as a project manager for a real estate and investment company. As a result, his perspective is cross-disciplinary. He excels at facilitating open dialogue with clients and consultants, thus maximizing the benefits of building materials and environmental systems.
