Meghana Joshi is a Senior Project Manager at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Newport Beach. Her projects have been honored with multiple SAGE Gold, PCBC Gold Nugget, SoCal, Argentum, & NAHB awards. Meghana received 2019 AIA Orange County’s “Service Award”, 2018 AIA California’s “Associate” award, “Presidential Citation” & CREW Orange County’s 2019 “Most Valuable Service Partner” honoring her commitment to the profession. Her professional contributions were showcased at the “Say it Loud” exhibition & “Not Now, but Right Now” exhibition at Helms Design Center . She is an Executive Board Member at the AIA Orange County Chapter. She founded and chaired the Women in Architecture Committee and EDI+J Committee. At SoCal NOMA, she is the First VP and heads recruitment efforts for “Project Pipeline” to increase diversity pipeline in architecture through summer camps for middle and high school students. Under “Project Amplify'' that she founded, she amplifies and celebrates voices and works of minority architects with social media campaigns and in-person events. Meghana has spoken at AECNext/ SPAR 3D Conference, AIA National Conference, Computational Building Design Seminar, NOMA Conferences on “Enhancing Life & Safety through Artificial Intelligence” & “Power of Allyship”.She is also a regular speaker at High School career fairs and STEM career panel discussions.
