Andrew Staniforth is the CEO of Assembly OSM, working to make urban growth more sustainable, scalable, and inclusive by delivering high rise urban housing using the manufacturing techniques of the aerospace and auto industry. He previously worked at L&L Holding Company where he was leading the redevelopment of the Terminal Warehouse, a 1.2 million square foot warehouse to office conversion in Manhattan. He previously worked at Sidewalk Labs, a Google/Alphabet Company, developing plans for the first “city from the internet up” (Sidewalk Toronto). Prior to joining Sidewalk, Andrew was at Forest City Ratner Companies, where he worked on many large-scale projects such as Barclays Center, Nassau Coliseum, and the tallest modular tower in North America. Andrew studied real estate, finance, and computer science at the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated with dual degrees from The Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
