Daniel Rosario is an interdisciplinary Real Estate Capital Markets professional focused on origination and placement of structured debt and equity for Pan American Consilium. He has a seasoned background in Investment Sales, Corporate Real Estate, and ground up development for multifamily and industrial projects. In Daniel’s prior role as a commercial real estate broker, clients typically retained Daniel to explore acquisitions, repurposing, and disposing of assets because of his ability to navigate complex financial modeling, institutional fund cycles and channels to successfully quarterback transactions through meticulous investment committee reviews. In addition to providing CRE advisory services, Mr. Rosario’s extensive network within the capital markets in the East Coast is a value-add for clients who rely on equity from limited partners and funding for various tranche levels of debt. Mr. Rosario is a licensed New Jersey real estate broker, holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the Rutgers Business School and Honors College in Newark, NJ, as well as a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University.
