As a DER specialist my focus has been on creating solutions for a sustainable building future. When thinking about developing the future of construction and it can not be done if not viewed through a lense of Diversity and Equity. My recent goals have been to create platforms and initiatives to grow interest and capabilities in sustainable construction within underrepresented groups of our community.
