"Fuquan Collins is Vice President and Senior Director of Community and Citizenship for Turner Construction. In this role he is responsible for ensuring Turner's culture of Active Caring and DEI extend to the Communities in which it builds across all 46 Business Units within the United States. Fuquan Collins joined Turner Construction Company in 2005 as a Field Engineer and worked on projects such as The Redevelopment of Lincoln Center. In 2014 he moved into the role of Procurement Agent. In 2017 he became a Chief Procurement Agent responsible for procuring contracts on the 66 Hudson Boulevard project a $1.4B high rise commercial tower in Hudson Yards. In 2019 he was promoted to Procurement Manager of the New York Business Unit's Interior division. In this role he oversaw the Procurement process for the Business Unit's $750M dollar annual volume and securing over 1,200 subcontracts. Fuquan is a native of Harlem, NY currently living on Long Island. "
