Upon earning his bachelor's in architecture from Pratt Institute, Gamal joined Thornton Tomasetti, a world-renowned engineering firm. Carrying out the BIM workflow, Gamal worked on notable projects such as the Vessel by Thomas Heatherwick, then worked on the Al Thumama Stadium, a 40,000 seat stadium of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Doha, Qatar. In 2019, Gamal joined UAI as an Architectural Designer to expand his career in the architectural realm of design. He kicked off by working on UAI's most prominent residential project, Beach 21st, a 224 unit supportive housing in Brooklyn, NY. Gamal further dedicates his experience and knowledge as an Architectural Mentor at Pratt Institute – assisting in various design and BIM classes. Gamal's passion is transforming and enriching lives through the power of architecture.
