Janel Juba, M.Ed., is an action-oriented and driven individual who has worked on both sides of the school-to-career pipeline: as a university recruiter and as a career advisor to students. Previously at Consigli Construction, she was the University Program Manager in the talent acquisition department, where she recruited top diverse talent across all regions. During her time at Wentworth Institute of Technology, she supported construction management and civil engineering students with effective job readiness skills to secure employment after graduation. Most recently, Janel has formed RJH Consults L.L.C.- whose goal is to ignite the power of diversity in communities and to create equitable opportunities in the workforce. In addition, she is assisting “All for 1 Inclusion Innovators” with identifying Small and Minority/ Women-owned Businesses by connecting companies with opportunities to bid on nationwide construction contracts. Janel is enthusiastic about service and has volunteered her time with multiple Massachusetts’ chapters such as: § National Society of Black Engineers- Wentworth Chapter Assistant § National Black MBA- Manager of University Recruitment § CROWNS- Wentworth Staff- Club Advisor
