Jeffrey Allred was born on March 10th 1968 in the East New York section of Brooklyn at a time when there wasn't any diversity in the community . He attended Eli Whitney Vocational high school . Jeffrey also attended Kings borough Community college where he took a course as a pharmacist technician. Soon after he became the director of A&R for the worlds famous Hammerstein Ball room in New York city. Over the years Jeffrey change his career path. He joined and completed Local 10 Unions weatherization Construction program with union local 79 . He's also a retired member of local 817 The film and Television union in New York. Mr. Allred is very instrumental in all contract negotiations. Mr. Allred has professional insight which he has exhibited through his many business ventures. Jeffrey Allred sincerely believes, diversity and inclusion are interconnected concepts that refer to the variety of unique individuals that make up a group of people and the environment that allows them to work together as equally valued contributors.
