Megan Salazar, Senior VDC Engineer / Associate - EnTech Engineering PC / Minority & Women Contractors & Developers Association
Megan is currently a Senior VDC Engineer at EnTech Engineering, and she also serves as an Associate with The Minority & Women Contractors & Development Association (MWCDA), a non-profit advocacy organization committed to capacity building and workforce development for M/WBE contractors and developers. She is an engineer, technologist, project manager, and advocate with five years of experience in the AEC industry. She is passionate about innovative and cutting-edge business solutions for her clients, as well as advocating on behalf of all minorities that have been misrepresented in the AEC industry throughout the years. At EnTech, she manages various VDC projects, including Scan-to-BIM and trade coordination projects. At MWCDA, she helps manage various capacity building and workforce development initiatives for M/WBE's throughout the city and state of New York. Her past experience includes working as an Assistant Project Manager for an electrical contracting company, in which she worked on various solar development and healthcare facility projects, and as a VDC engineer on the multi-billion dollar LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal Redevelopment. She enjoys reading, fishing, martial arts, and music in her spare time.
