Nye Jones works with the Climate, Resilience & Sustainability National Business Line with a focus on ‘equity and social justice'. Nye Jones is a Certified Diversity Professional and studied diversity and inclusion at Cornell University and Florida State University. She sits on the WSP National Inclusion and Diversity's Council. She is the president of the Tri-State Diversity Council's Advisory Board. In her formal role, Nye led a diversity and inclusion program at Louis Berger. At Louis Berger, she was focused on developing and leading an action plan to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization with a focus on workplace climate, retention, promotion and development, recruitment, business partnerships and community engagement.
