In 2018 till present, Torronce has been succesfully working independently as consultant for Minority and Women owned businesses as the business development manager. Assisting firms with getting certified with NYS agencies as well as independent council’s. Along with their certifications I’ve assisted firms with locating bid opportunities and their submission of successful RFPs. I’m working with General contractors and assuring them in locating ready willing and capable minority firms to fulfill their obligations to reaching the state required goal on federal and state funded projects.
