With over 20 years in Construction, Vivian began her journey in Architecture and Interior Design. In the fall of 2001 Vivian moved upstate where she built a General Contracting Firm. In 2015 she began working as a Project Manager on towers in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and began to see (and experience) the disconnect between what Prime Contractors needed and smaller MBE & WBE Trade Contractors could provide. Because of this she now works directly with MBE & WBE Contractors to iron out the operational and business roadblocks that are holding them back from scaling. She is the Founder CMC Coaching, where she works directly with MBE & WBE Contractors to build their business. She's the Co-Founder of CMCNetwork, a Network for MBE (Minority Based Enterprise) & WBE (Women Based Enterprise) Contractors who want to scale their business. As well as the Governance Board Chair for CMC Workforce, a Construction specific Workforce Development Non-Profit focused on integrating Construction Career Pathways for those returning to the workforce or interested in entering the field.
