Wayne Lambert is the Chef Diversity and Industry Relations Officer at the NYC Department of Design & Construction (DDC), where he leads the Office of Diversity & Industry Relations to create economic opportunity, advancing outcomes for minority and women-owned (M/WBE) businesses, and supporting workforce development through federal and local community hiring initiatives. Wayne joined DDC in 2020 and previously worked with the Mayor's Office of M/WBE, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and Department of Small Business Services, where he served major roles to ensure diversity and equity in government contracting.
