A native New Yorker, Xiomara followed her dreams and moved to Los Angeles, working as an actress while raising her daughter. Eventually, she returned east and began her construction career at CMTS LLC, a second-generation family-owned business. Her passion for improving Black and Brown communities aligned with CMTS’s vision to improve lives and communities one infrastructure project at a time. Xiomara has worked at CMTS in several capacities over the last decade. Her most recent role as Business Development Manager allows her to use her talent in connecting with people. Xiomara sees the void and works hard to honor women and their contributions in the construction world. She believes it’s time to encourage our youth in an industry often overlooked by women.
