260 Gold Street reaches the finish line! Designed by J Frankl Architects, the structure is a 13-story residential building and is close to 260,000 square feet. There will be 287 apartments with a 4-story atrium along with an indoor waterfall. The cantilevered design is the definitely the most noteworthy architectural element of the design.
