611-Unit Affordable Housing In Inwood Gets Approval
Maddd Equities is planning a 30-story building on West 207th Street. The project will introduce 611 affordable apartments in addition to a fitness center and outdoor recreation space. The project will be called Sherman Creek North Cover, designed by Aufgang Architects. If construction begins by the end of 2021, completion is expected in June 2024.Â
