AEW acquires Hudson Square Boutique for $85 Million
AEW Capital Management has acquired 60 Charlton Street in Hudson Square for $86.1 million. The property was sold by Berndt Perl and Kenneth Aschendorf's APF Properties and is in close proximity to nearby transport links and residential neighborhoods including SoHo and Greenwich Village. The office building is under 100,000 square feet and is located between Disney's office campus which is currently under construction and Google's new headquarters at St. John's Terminal.
