The mixed-use development will feature 8 acres of dining, hospitality, entertainment, luxury residences, modern office space and experiential retail. Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill,  the complex is centered around a 2.5-acre urban pedestrian plaza with gardens and public seating.
