Construction Breaks Ground At 1515 Surf Avenue, Coney Island
Construction has begun at 1515 Surf Avenue. The development by LCOR will create a mixed-use building at 16 stories tall. Designed by Studio V Architecture, the facade will contain gray and tan brick with prefabricated concrete cladding. The building will introduce 461 rental units with 139 of them marked as affordable. The building will feature a pool deck, an indoor gym, co-working spaces and a total of 20,000 square feet of outdoor area.Â
