Demolition is now complete at 41-47 West 57th Street, the site of a 1,100-foot-tall mixed-use supertall in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by OMA and developed by Sedesco, the 63-story building will yield 119 residential units spread across 443,100 square feet. 41-47 West 57th Street will rise into the skyline between SHoP Architects‘ 111 West 57th Street and Rafael Vinoly‘s 432 Park Avenue. The structure is anticipated to be constructed in a single phase over a period of roughly 45 to 48 months.
