Costs are very close at the line-item level, if not spot on, and it helps ensure no item is left out.” Houzz Pro AI also logs expenses from receipt photos and recommends tasks from daily logs, helping teams stay organized across multiple projects.  

• Faster Approvals with Built-In Contracts: Houzz Pro Contracts accelerate project start times by empowering pros to create, send and finalize contracts for clients and subcontractors directly from Houzz Pro, eliminating the need for separate third-party tools. On average, contracts sent through Houzz Pro are signed in just over 2 days compared to one week using other methods. 

• From Floor Plan to Schedule in Seconds: Houzz Pro eliminates tedious work by linking 3D floor plans, estimates and schedules in a single workflow. Pros can convert any 3D floor plan created in Houzz Pro into an estimate or proposal, then adjust quantities, duplicate items or add pricing as needed. Once an estimate is finalized, Houzz Pro AI can automatically generate a project schedule, including phases and durations. By automating connecting workflows, builders save hours of manual work, reduce errors and move projects from approval to production more efficiently. 

3D Floor Plans Win Approvals Faster: Houzz Pro AI converts 2D plans into editable 3D floor plans and AR walkthroughs instantly. Pros can also turn product photos into 3D models for more precise visualizations. Builders use these easy-to-learn tools during sales to help clients visualize the outcome, building trust and closing projects faster. On average, pros using Houzz Pro software close 3.4x more jobs they want per year than pros who don’t. 

New Tools for Large Firms Mean Better Jobsite Coordination: Real-time Project Budgets, Team Chat, voice-to-text field notes with photos and videos, and AI-generated monthly digests give owners clear visibility across multiple jobs. Selections now enable design-build firms to have one tool to manage design choices and construction details, streamlining communication.
