Two Trees Management Proposes New Development On Williamsburg Waterfront
If the plan gets final approval, Two Trees Management will build two mixed-use towers, a 64-story tower and a 49-story tower. Both units will provide 1,050 apartments with 263 affordable units. The development, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, will include nature paths, tide pools and salt marshes along the waterfront. Along with apartments, office space and a swimming pool will also be included.Â
