Upgrades To The Willis Avenue Long Island Railroad Station Is Now Complete
Upgrades to The Long Island Railroad's Willis Avenue Station to improve traffic flow and reduce street-level train crossings have been completed. The new bridge replaces the street-level railroad crossing which was causing significant amount of congestion when crossing gates were closed. Thanks to the latest improvements, the rail system is much safer for motorists and pedestrians.Â
