A new playground in Toms River will be one-of-a-kind for wheelchair-users and children with mobility impairments can play alongside their friends. The playground is fully accessible with wheelchair-friendly baseball fields, ground level merry-go-rounds and plenty of room for outdoor therapy. Over the past four years, they have managed to raise over $2 million with the final $400,000 coming from the state budget.
