Cape Advisors and Pioneer Group has released a new rendering and construction update for Astoria West, a 534-unit rental development rising at 30-77 Vernon Boulevard.

Already topped out, construction of Astoria West continues to progress at a rapid clip with leasing slated to commence in early 2022. Fogarty Finger is the architect for the development, which features studios to three bedroom apartments with views of the Manhattan skyline over the East River and the Hell Gate Bridge as well as a landscaped courtyard.
