Amaya Lucas is a Software Engineer with Turner Construction’s Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Team. With a background in architecture and construction management, she approaches software solutions with a strong foundation in how projects are actually planned, built, and sequenced in the field.
Her work involves production tracking systems and data-intensive construction workflows that connect BIM, scheduling, and field operations. She focuses on aligning with real construction activities, enabling teams to accurately evaluate production rates and forecast schedule performance with greater clarity.
Working across the full stack, from systems architecture to integrations with existing AEC platforms, Amaya is particularly interested in translating complex project information into usable digital tools to support proactive decision-making across project teams.
