Arthur Alzamora
Arthur is a Senior Principal at Langan, playing a key role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering high-impact outcomes across the organization. Arthur has led several influential projects at Langan where he has served at the geotechnical engineer on developments such as One Vanderbilt, Disney Headquarters and TSX Times Square development, where a 14-million-pound landmarked theater was raised to support the mixed-use tower development.
Arthur leads a geotechnical division whose practice involves subsurface investigations and testing, design of excavation support and foundation design. Arthur is a member of The Moles, Board Member of ACE Mentoring, past adjunct faculty member for the civil engineering department at Manhattan University, past NY State Chair for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and past Met Section President for American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
In 2022, ACEC New York honored Mr. Alzamora with the New Principal of the Year Award. In 2019, the ASCE Metropolitan Section awarded Mr. Alzamora with the Thomas C. Kavanagh Service Award.
