Bahar Ozveren, PMP, LEED AP BD+C
Bahar is a Project Manager in the Project and Program Management group at AECOM Metro New York. With more than a decade of experience in program and construction management and project controls, she has worked on large-scale programs from pre-construction to execution and close out in a variety of sectors, including housing, education, commercial, sports, aviation, and justice. Bahar is currently the Cost Manager on the New York City Department of Design and Construction’s Borough-Based Jails Program and previously served as the Project Controls and Finance Lead for the FEMA-funded Emergency Housing Repairs Program in the US Virgin Islands. Earlier this year, Bahar was honored by Women Builders Council (WBC) as a Next Generation of Women Builders. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University and a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University.
