Bill is an Architect, senior sustainability specialist, and thought leader in decarbonization, circularity, human wellness, and regenerative design.  At Tutor Perini, Bill is a sustainability project lead for major infrastructure developments.  His broad work experience spans a wide variety of transportation, public infrastructure, commercial, cultural, historic, industrial, educational, and residential building projects.  He is a natural facilitator, skilled at developing collaborative relationships, and inclusively building consensus across complex groups. From guiding clients in sustainable and resilient design strategies, to managing sustainability programs and initiatives for leading businesses, he is committed to fostering a healthy, prosperous, and equitable future for people, communities, nature, and the planet.
