Brian Fanning AIA, LEED AP
Brian Fanning, AIA, LEED AP, is a Partner at FXCollaborative, a New York City-based architecture, interiors, and planning design firm. Brian specializes in large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, with special expertise in office-to-residential conversions. With a strong understanding of how buildings evolve from ideas to realized structures, he holds a breadth of experience that spans all phases of the design process. Brian has worked on many of the firm’s key projects, including 95 Madison Avenue, The Greenwich Lane, West End & Eighty Seven, 1 Park Point, NuSun Tower, and 1 Willoughby Square. His goal on each project is to develop a clear design vision and translate that into to a built reality, while maintaining the clarity of the vision from the massing down to the craft of the details. Brian holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University.
