Carlita A. Blanco wanted to create a place just for those who never got the chance to shine or who had other discriminating factors that prevented them from getting that opportunity to showcase their work and tell their stories but she had to reduce the exploitation of artists by redeveloping the system creating solutions for the major issues around and in our community by directly putting them into housing, and maintaining employment while they pursue their passion.
