Current responsibilities:

Caroline Gadaleta is the Executive Managing Director and Head of Property Management in the Tri-State and Greater Philadelphia regions for JLL. In this capacity, she oversees a team of 370 individuals across a 37 million sf portfolio. She is responsible for all sales, negotiations and contract enablement as well as transitions within the region and oversight of the entire team.

Experience:

Prior to assuming this role, Caroline held a number of Account Leadership roles at JLL, working with Global clients including BlackRock, Diageo, Avon Products and Bank of America. Ms. Gadaleta has approached Real Estate operations and transaction management from both the Landlord and Tenant perspectives. She has a keen understanding of the important issues facing real estate users and decision-makers and is able to use her broad experience to effectively assist companies in meeting their needs. In addition to her current duties, she is an avid mentor for colleagues internal and external to JLL. She is the author of Feed Your Future, a 2022 release on building a meaningful career, and was named JLL Champion of excellence in 2025.

Education and affiliations:

Caroline graduated with a BA in Government from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance/Real Estate from Columbia Business School. She served on the Board of Directors of BOMA New York from 2020-2024. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Groundswell NYC.
