Mr. Delaney 30 years of New York City experience specializing in the design engineering of mechanical systems of new structures and the retrofitting of existing systems. He has worked on a wide variety of facility type projects including commercial, educational, government, hospitality, residential, casinos, retail, data centers, pharmaceutical, laboratory and industrial facilities. His work includes investigations in existing buildings, design and management of remedial repairs for deficient conditions, due diligence and condition assessments, peer reviews, property loss consulting, and litigation support. The portfolio of work Chris has completed includes many studies and projects for Local Law 97 and 87 compliance.
