With 25+ years in investment, sales, and development in Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate, Christina is a hyper-local expert in her beloved New York City. A member of the New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC), FIABCI, and a RealTrends Top 1000 agent, Christina and her team appreciate bringing their expertise and top-notch service to assisting clients with their investment goals – whether a dream condo or co-op, townhouse or loft, investment or development project – anywhere in the world.  

Christina represents buyers, sellers, and investors across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Based out of the Compass headquarters at 110 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, Christina is Founder and Principal of the Global Collective Team at Compass and the international Global Real Estate Collective, a global community of like-minded professionals who share resources and enable each other to service clients across borders. 

Though born and raised in Connecticut, Christina holds dual citizenship with Italy, and has lived and worked abroad in London, Paris, Hong Kong, and throughout Europe. She has a working knowledge of French, Italian, and Spanish, in addition to her native English. Her background in cross-cultural consulting has been instrumental in helping relocation clients feel comfortable in New York City, as well as outbound to global destinations. A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Christina is fluent in international real estate, serving as Chair of the Global Business Council for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR). She was also the 2025 Manhattan County Representative on the organization's Board of Directors, and a director for the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR).

Beyond residential real estate, Christina and her team support clients’ investment goals locally, nationally, and internationally, including second- and third-home sales, commercial investments, and development. She holds a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Investment and Analysis from MIT. As part of Compass Resort, Christina connects clients with top partners in vacation destinations and investment markets beyond New York City. 

Christina believes that blockchain, AI, and other digital technologies will inevitably play a greater role in real estate transactions and that we should embrace them for their inherent benefits, such as reducing friction and increasing transparency in transactions. One of the first Crypto Certified Agents through Propy and through the Blockchain Council, she is a regularly-featured speaker and is happy to discuss proptech, blockchain, tokenization, AI, and all aspects of digital technologies in real estate. She is proud to represent New York City as part of Compass Tech Partners, a national group of real estate partners fluent in the specific needs of clients in tech.

When not working, Christina enjoys her family, music, traveling, classic cars, and great food and wine. Much of her volunteer work has been through her daughters' schools, the London and New York Junior Leagues, and as an elected representative of the Community Education Council of District 13, Brooklyn. In addition to the board roles at HGAR and NYSAR noted above, she currently serves as President of the Board of Shareholders for her co-op building.
