Corey Wowk
Corey C. Wowk has over twenty years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, designing, investigating, and rehabilitating custom curtainwalls, glazing systems, rain screens, roofing, plaza, and below-grade waterproofing. He has worked on both small- and large-scale projects, including residential and commercial buildings, mixed-use high-rise facilities, and institutional and infrastructure projects. Specializing in the investigation, design, and renovation of building enclosure systems, his expertise includes inspection and condition assessments, with a particular focus on resolving water leakage issues.
Corey is a visiting professor at Pratt Institute’s Graduate Architecture and Urban Design Program, where he has lectured and developed coursework focused on integrated building systems and exterior enclosures.
