In his role as firm CFO, David Schlameuss manages the accounting operations, human resources, and information technology of the firm. A team oriented and highly motivated individual, David’s expertise is applied to help guide strategic planning for the firm and run the day-to-day financial operations of The Switzer Group. His responsibilities include production of financial reports, maintenance of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets, accuracy of the firm’s reported financial results and compliance of reported results with generally accepted accounting principles. David also manages the firms benefits, including 401K and Profit Sharing Plan, medical and dental benefits, and flexible spending accounts. David also manages the firm’s information technology, including oversight of our hardware, software, network infrastructure to reduce our IT costs, improve our IT services, improve our staff productivity and generally ensure the firm’s overall technology capabilities and support.
