Dermot B. Johnson has over 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry, working across five continents globally and has been living and working in New York City and Florida for the past 20 years. For the past three years, he has been working as an Executive for Moore Development Group, where Dermot has led the design and construction process for this company. For almost four years prior to this, Dermot was the Director of Construction for Lettire, whereby Dermot managing the building of over 2.1 million square feet of affordable housing.

Prior to this, Dermot was the head of Development and Construction for Anbau, a New York based private development firm and before this Dermot was working with AECOM Capital as the Vice President of Design and Construction. Mr. Johnson also oversaw and managed Credit Suisse portfolio of Real Estate for five years and he was also the Director of Commercial Construction and Project Management for Time Equities, a New York-based national real estate company.

Mr. Johnson has been personally involved in various projects all over the world, including the USA, Canada, Caribbean, South America, Great Britain and Australia. Mr. Johnson received his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Prior to moving to the United States, Mr. Johnson worked in the Cayman Islands for three years and Australia for five years.
