Doug Maschoff serves as Global Head of Technology for Project & Development Services at JLL, where he leads all digital transformation and AI initiatives. With over 20 years of experience spanning early-stage ventures to enterprise leadership, Doug brings a unique perspective on building and scaling technology solutions for the real estate and construction industries.

Doug's career began as an entrepreneur, founding and operating real estate and technology companies in the proptech space and before transitioning to lead product and technology organizations at global firms including CBRE and JLL. At JLL, he spearheads enterprise AI strategy, platform modernization, and innovative approaches to enabling business teams with emerging technologies to transform how projects are delivered and managed.

Doug holds a Master's degree from Harvard University and maintains certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Product Management, and Data Analytics, combining technical expertise with strategic vision for the future of construction and real estate technology.
