Dylan Kane is a Managing Director of Colliers' New York Capital Markets group.  Mr. Kane has extensive experience in arranging debt & equity financing nationally across all asset classes and transaction types, as well as advising on commercial asset dispositions throughout New York City and the Tri-State area.  Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, Mr. Kane was a Managing Director at B6 Real Estate Advisors based in New York, where he was the top producer of capital advisory transactions in 2021.  Prior to B6, Mr. Kane spent two-plus years at Newmark in New York, serving as a Director in the Debt & Structured Finance group.  During his tenure at Newmark, Mr. Kane was selected as a National Rising Star and honored by Commercial Observer as one of the Top 25 Debt & Equity Professionals Under 35 in 2019.  Leading up to his time at Newmark, Mr. Kane spent three-plus years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York in the Real Estate Structured Finance group.
