Elina Shchervinsky, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is a Registered Architect in NJ, NY, PA, VA, CT, and FL and holds a national certification, with over 30 years of experience. She is the Principal of Expert Forensic Architecture, LLC, specializing in forensic investigations, expert witness testimony, and litigation support. Her expertise spans a broad range of building types and construction scopes, from residential to commercial, including code compliance, construction defects, building envelope evaluations, professional liability, and life safety issues. As the 2023 President of AIA Central NJ and the current Chair of its Codes and Standards Committee, she is a recognized leader in architectural practice and professional standards.
