Erin is a senior director in K2 Intelligenceâ€™s Construction and Real Estate practice. She has a decade of experience in integrity monitoring and contractor compliance with federal, state, and local grant and loan requirements as a key lead in the affordable housing and disaster recovery arenas. Erin offers clients an interdisciplinary approach to solving complex problems related to compliance, such as Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise and union wage fraud, developing customized solutions for clients to identify waste, fraud, and abuse.
Prior to joining K2 Intelligence, Erin worked in the nonprofit sector, most recently as the director of program development and strategic planning at Neighborhood Restore, an organization that specializes in the re-purposing of financially and physically distressed properties into affordable housing and providing construction management services for low-income individuals, disaster recovery victims, nonprofits, and government.
Erin serves on the Board for the New York Housing Conferenceâ€™s Rising Leader Network and is a member of Professional Women in Construction, Women in Housing and Finance, and the Women's Building Council, who named her a 2018 Outstanding Woman in Construction.
Erin received her M.S. in urban planning from New York University and her B.A. in environmental studies from the University of Vermont.
