As a Planning Leader at DLR Group, Grace champions a variety of public and private planning projects across the Northeast US. Whether working on a school district master plan, a mixed-use development, or a climate action plan, Grace is a passionate advocate for centering equity, resiliency, and community health. With a background in advanced spatial analysis, she empowers clients and communities with data that amplifies their lived experiences and drives values-based decisions. Grace thrives in the nerd-zone between data and community engagement - making complex data meaningful and valuable to those it impacts most, collaborating with communities overlooked in traditional planning processes, and creating data frameworks that actually measure what matters. She leads with compassion, empathy, and a fearlessness to disrupt what no longer works, with her work receiving planning awards including the APA's Paul Davidoff award for Advancing Social Change. She is also an indie-folk artist, with her music released wherever you listen.
