Hailey Moll is Manager of Educational Resources at the Building Energy Exchange (BE-Ex). At BE-Ex, Hailey leads the implementation of tools and resources to aid the real estate sector with sustainability, improved energy efficiency, and rapid building decarbonization. After earning her B.S. in Zoology and Environmental Studies at the University of Vermont, she held various positions in grassroots climate advocacy, environmental education, and the clean tech start up space in both Boston and Princeton, New Jersey. Hailey holds an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.
