Heather is a Senior Design Strategist in AECOM’s People + Place Advisory practice. She has a wealth of experience in design and strategy across both the public and private sectors. Her diverse portfolio includes corporate interiors, government, retail, transportation, and hospitality projects. Heather thrives in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, human-centered solutions. With meaningful data, she is a champion for user experience, emphasizing the critical relationship between people and their environment. Backed by extensive training in interior design, business strategy, and design thinking, she bridges the gap between what users need and what businesses value, delivering measurable impact. Heather earned a Master of Arts in Design Leadership from the Maryland Institute College of Art and a Master of Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
