James Hanley
James Hanley is a Senior Director at CBRE and manages the global center of engineering excellence for a Fortune 100 financial services company. He develops innovative programs to maximize operational efficiency, such as digital transformations, change management and supply chain solutions. Prior to becoming dedicated to the financial services account, James opened and managed the New York City office for CBRE Engineering, developing engineering solutions for clients in the aviation, life sciences and commercial sectors. During his diverse career, James has also become an expert in implementing design automation tools, streamlining engineering design methods, and mentoring young professionals. James is a former Alumni Board member at Chaminade High School and is the founder and past president of the AEC professional Association. He has dedicated his time to mentor and advise Chaminade graduates and HS students with an interest in engineering. He graduated from Baylor University with an MBA in executive communication and Loyola University with a BS in mechanical engineering. He currently lives with his wife and two daughters on Long Island, NY and outside of work enjoys spending time with them, playing golf, and watching the NY Giants.
