Jennifer Rimmer is Senior Vice President with global professional services firm, Turner & Townsend, leading its USA Government and Public Sector practice. She works with Turner & Townsend’s program and project managers, cost, controls, sustainability, carbon reduction, technology, and data experts to provide state-of-the-art and cost saving solutions to government and public sector clients. Jennifer brings more than twenty years of public and private public sector experience and a love for the built environment.  Jennifer has worked extensively on major infrastructure, real estate, and energy projects, as well as supporting economic development programs with a strong emphasis on resiliency, equity, and environmental health and justice.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Masters in City Planning.
