Jennifer Urrutia LEED AP ID+C, is the Sustainability Project Manager at JRMConstruction Management. Jennifer is responsible for overseeing sustainability goalsand supervising all green projects including LEED, WELL, and other green buildingcertifications. Over the past year she launched JRM’s Environmental Responsibility &Sustainability Program which focuses on environmental stewardship both in the JRMmain office and out in the field.JRM understands that the buildings we build do not just have an impact on theenvironment, but also on those who build them and use them every day. Asconstruction activity increases, we recognize it is more important than ever to focuson the environmental and health impacts of the construction process. Ourpracticesfocus on environmental impacts of construction pertaining to waste, chemicalexposure, as well as the emissions impact on local communities and the widerenvironment.Jennifer is originally a California native receiving her Bachelors in EnvironmentalPolicy, Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis and her M.S inSustainability in the Urban Environment from the City College of New York.
