Jennifer is a Program and Project Controls Manager in the Program and Project Management group at AECOM Metro New York. She currently serves as the Project Controls Manager on the Department of Design and Construction’s Borough-Based Jails, New York City’s largest Design-Build Program. With more than 15 years of experience, Jennifer has worked on large-scale projects, including airports, highways, bridges, tunnels, and railroads, for both public and private-sector clients, and has expertise in project management, planning, construction scheduling, cost and estimating, time acceleration requests, risk analysis, site construction, and procedure implementation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Architectural History from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island.
